Hiring Automotive Warehouse Keeper in Kuwait
A premier automotive trading enterprise and spare parts distributor in Shuwaikh Industrial Area, Kuwait is recruiting a meticulous Automotive Spare Parts Warehouse Keeper.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments of automotive spare parts, cross-check items against packing lists and bills of lading.
- Inspect delivered auto components for transit damage, document discrepancies with photos, and log database records.
- Update inventory entries in enterprise ERP software and maintain real-time stock bin locations.
- Pick, verify, label, and pack spare parts orders for dispatch to commercial service workshops.
- Scan shipping documents, bills of lading, and delivery notes into centralized digital archives.
- Maintain organized, clean, and hazard-free warehouse shelving aisles.
Requirements
- Prior warehouse inventory or storekeeper experience, with automotive parts background highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP inventory software and barcode scanning operations.
- Strong numerical accuracy, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
- Valid Kuwait transferable residency under Article 18.
- Immediate joining availability.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 215 KWD monthly salary package (185 KD basic + 30 KD allowance) with annual leave and Kuwait Labor Law benefits.
