Job Vacancy: Bakala Helpers / Workers

A bakala (grocery store) in Ahmadi, Kuwait is urgently looking for hardworking and reliable Helpers / General Workers.

This is a full-time opportunity for candidates who are already eligible to work in Kuwait under the specified visa conditions.

• Assist with daily operations of the bakala.
• Arrange and organize grocery products on shelves.
• Load, unload, and move goods and supplies.
• Receive incoming products and help organize stock.
• Check and arrange merchandise properly.
• Assist customers when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and order inside the shop.
• Support the shop owner and other staff with daily tasks.
• Help with stock movement and basic inventory organization.
• Follow workplace instructions and maintain a professional attitude.
• Perform other general helper duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in a bakala, grocery store, supermarket, or retail shop is an advantage.
• Hardworking, responsible, and punctual.
• Physically fit and able to perform general shop duties.
• Willing to work 12-hour duty shifts.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet the employer's Kuwait visa requirements.

No new visa available.
Small Project visa is not accepted.
Khadim / domestic worker visa is not accepted.

• Basic Salary: KWD 130/month
• Food Allowance: KWD 10/month
• Accommodation Allowance: KWD 10/month
• Total Package: KWD 150/month
• Duty: 12 hours per day
