A leading restaurant company in Kuwait is urgently hiring a Bakery Chef to join their team immediately. The role requires hands‑on bakery and pastry skills, the ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen, and strong communication in Arabic and English.

Key Requirements

• Residency: Must be currently residing in Kuwait (strict requirement).

• Visa: Transferable residency (Article 18) required.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of bakery and pastry experience within Kuwait.

• Age: 22–45 years.

• Languages: Good command of Arabic and English.

• Work style: Reliable, punctual, able to work shifts and maintain kitchen hygiene and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce bakery and pastry items to menu specifications.

• Maintain consistent product quality, portion control, and presentation.

• Follow recipes, manage baking schedules, and control waste.

• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and HACCP compliance.

• Coordinate with kitchen team for inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.

• Assist in training junior bakery staff and support service during peak hours.
