A reputable restaurant group is seeking a skilled Bakery Chef with strong local experience to produce high‑quality bakery items and pastries that meet Kuwaiti market preferences. The role requires strict adherence to food safety and inventory control while maintaining consistent product quality.
RequirementsHealth Certificate: Valid Baladiya Health Certificate mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 3 years bakery experience within Kuwait.
Residency: Transferable visa (Article 18).
Nationality: Indian nationality preferred.
Languages: Arabic and English required.
Technical skills: Full knowledge of bakery products popular in Kuwait and safe operation of bakery ovens and equipment.
Availability: Ready to join immediately preferred.
Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items and pastries to consistent quality standards.
Operate and monitor ovens and bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in line with Baladiya regulations.
Manage raw material inventory, monitor usage, and minimize waste.
Assist with menu development and adapt recipes to local tastes when required.
Keep accurate records of production, stock, and equipment maintenance.
