Hiring Luxury Atelier Store Manager in Kuwait
A prestigious haute couture atelier in Al Shaab, Kuwait, specializing in the sale and rental of designer evening gowns and bespoke bridal dresses, is seeking a seasoned Atelier Manager.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end atelier operations, VIP fittings, and bridal consultation appointments.
- Develop commercial sales strategies, private showroom events, and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee showroom inventory, dress care protocols, dry-cleaning schedules, and bespoke alterations.
- Manage and mentor sales consultants, fitting assistants, and customer service staff.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of leadership experience in luxury fashion, bridal ateliers, or haute couture retail.
- Strong track record in sales growth, client relationship building, and team management.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal presentation skills.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable status.
