Hiring Building Watchman (Haris) in Kuwait
A prominent real estate development and residential property management company in Kuwait City, Kuwait is recruiting an experienced Building Watchman (Haris).
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day security, tenant access, and general upkeep of residential and commercial property towers.
- Control vehicle parking spaces, monitor main entry gates, and report unauthorized visitors.
- Perform daily building inspection walks checking hallway lighting, water pump operation, and roof access gates.
- Coordinate with municipal waste collectors, elevator technicians, and maintenance contractors for scheduled repairs.
- Assist tenants with routine building inquiries, parcel deliveries, and minor facility coordination.
- Maintain clean building entrance lobbies, elevator cabins, and perimeter pedestrian walkways.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of verified experience working as a building watchman (Haris) in Kuwait.
- Working bilingual proficiency in spoken Arabic and English.
- Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy character with excellent tenant relations.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status.
