Job Vacancy: Business Development Manager

A leading Telecom company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for ICT products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business development, sales strategy, client relationship management, and revenue growth within the technology or telecom sector.

The role will focus on:

• Generating new business opportunities.
• Managing sales pipelines and revenue forecasts.
• Building relationships with strategic customers.
• Increasing market share through ICT solutions.
• Leading business growth strategies in Kuwait’s technology sector.

• Drive growth for ICT products and services through new business opportunities.
• Generate leads and identify potential clients.
• Manage sales pipeline and prepare revenue forecasts.
• Lead sales negotiations, deal closures, and account management.
• Develop strong relationships with key and strategic customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and business communications.
• Collaborate with pre-sales teams for solution design and pricing.
• Prepare tenders, proposals, and commercial documents.
• Analyze competitor strategies, market trends, and pricing.
• Support Enterprise and SME Account Managers in closing new business.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout project delivery.
• Provide business reports and updates to management.

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or ICT Solutions.
• Experience in telecom, IT, or technology industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business strategy and market development.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and minimize financial risks.
• Updated knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
• Training and team development skills preferred.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

• English required.
• Arabic is an advantage.
