Café Manager – Multi-Branch Operations

A growing café business is looking for an experienced Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of two café branches located in Abu Hasaniya and Mubarakiyah, Kuwait.

• Manage the daily operations of both café branches.
• Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate café staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and place purchase orders.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor daily sales, expenses, and operational costs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Enforce company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and management for smooth operations.
• Analyze business performance and recommend operational improvements.
• Ensure excellent customer service and consistent quality across both branches.

✅ Valid Kuwait driving license and own car (mandatory).
✅ Previous experience as a Café Manager or Café Supervisor, or experience progressing from Barista to Café Manager.
✅ Strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation and café operations.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
✅ Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: 450 KD per month.
Benefits provided as per Kuwait Labor Law.
