Job Description
An Indian restaurant in Mangaf, Kuwait is urgently hiring experienced candidates for multiple positions.
Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are encouraged to apply. Previous experience is mandatory for the relevant positions, and applicants should meet the visa requirements specified by the employer.
1. Professional Chef – Chinese CuisineThe restaurant is looking for an experienced Professional Chef with strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine.
Requirements- Proven professional cooking experience is mandatory.
- Must have experience in Chinese cuisine / Alakatta Chinese cooking.
- Knowledge of Kozhikode and Thalassery-style biryani is required.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to maintain food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.
- Must have the required “Soon” visa as specified by the employer.
- Candidates currently in Kuwait only.
An experienced Parotta Master is required for the restaurant.
Requirements- Previous experience is mandatory.
- Must be skilled in preparing Kerala-style parotta.
- Knowledge of Dosa and Masala Dosa is required.
- Experience preparing Ghee Roast and Idli.
- Ability to handle daily food preparation efficiently.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
- Must have the required “Soon” visa as specified by the employer.
- Candidates currently in Kuwait only.
The restaurant is also looking for a candidate who can handle car delivery and table service duties.
Requirements- Previous restaurant or delivery experience preferred.
- Ability to handle food deliveries safely and on time.
- Table-service experience is an advantage.
- Valid Kuwait driving license required for driving duties.
- Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
- Must have the required “Soon” visa as specified by the employer.
