Hiring Construction Steel Fixer & Mason in Kuwait
Nexway HR Solutions, a leading manpower and construction contracting agency in Kuwait, is urgently recruiting skilled Steel Fixers, Structural Masons, and Construction Helpers for major building projects.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Cut, bend, and tie steel reinforcement bars (rebar) into structural cages according to civil engineering drawings.
- Lay concrete blocks, bricks, and precast stone units with mortar to construct structural and partition walls.
- Erect formwork ties, position bar spacers, and inspect rebar alignment before concrete pours.
- Plaster wall surfaces, execute cement screeding, and ensure accurate wall vertical plumb lines.
- Adhere strictly to personal protective equipment (PPE) mandates and site safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in civil construction, rebar fabrication, or blockwork masonry.
- Able to interpret bar bending schedules and construction drawings.
- Company provides site transportation.
- Transferable Kuwait residency.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 180–220 KWD per month (Tradesmen 220 KD / Helpers 180 KD)
