Hiring General Construction Labour in Kuwait
A civil construction and infrastructure contractor working on major urban developments in Kuwait is recruiting dedicated General Construction Labourers.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist site masons, carpenters, and steel fixers with raw materials handling and site prep.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete, mortar, and aggregate gravel for civil footings and pathways.
- Perform manual trench excavation, backfilling, and compaction for underground utility lines.
- Maintain clean construction working corridors, removing rubble, debris, and scrap timber.
- Load and unload delivery trucks carrying cement bags, steel rebar, and construction blocks.
- Strictly observe site environmental health and safety (EHS) rules throughout daily operations.
Requirements
- 1-3 Years of physical construction labor experience in civil works or building erection.
- Valid Kuwait residency visa with minimum 6 months validity.
- Work schedule is 10 hours daily, including a 1-hour rest break.
- Physical fitness, high stamina, and willingness to work outdoor site conditions.
- Immediate availability to join project teams.
