We are actively recruiting experienced professionals for upcoming Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Projects in Kuwait.

Project Manager (Civil)RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 12+ years of project management experience
Strong background in civil and infrastructure projects
Valid Saudi Arabia (KSA) Approval
Mandatory experience on KNPC (Kuwait National Petroleum Company) Projects
Key Responsibilities- Lead project execution from planning through completion
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholders
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements
- Prepare project progress reports and management updates
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 8+ years of field experience
Valid Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) Approval
Strong site supervision and project execution experience
Key Responsibilities- Supervise civil construction activities
- Monitor project quality, safety, and progress
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
Strong previous experience working on KNPC Projects
Thorough understanding of safety regulations, risk assessments, and incident prevention
Ability to enforce HSE policies and safety compliance requirements
Strong reporting and communication skills
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and enforce site safety procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
- Ensure compliance with KNPC safety standards
Relevant educational qualifications
Required approvals and certifications as specified
Previous experience in major civil and infrastructure projects
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to join project requirements immediately
