Hiring Civil Construction Craftsman in Kuwait
A major civil construction contractor handling large-scale structural projects in Fahaheel, Kuwait is recruiting skilled Scaffolders, Concrete Masons & Shuttering Carpenters.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Erect and dismantle heavy-duty cuplock and modular scaffolding systems adhering to safety load ratings.
- Fabricate and install wooden timber formwork and shuttering molds for structural columns and slabs.
- Lay solid concrete masonry blocks, interlock tiles, and apply smooth cement plastering finishes.
- Vibrate, level, and cure poured concrete to prevent honeycomb air pockets and structural cracks.
- Inspect scaffolding stability, guardrails, toe boards, and scaffold safety tags daily.
- Adhere strictly to project HSE standards, wearing certified safety harnesses when working at height.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of construction site experience in scaffolding, masonry, or shuttering carpentry.
- Working hours: 8 hours daily + 2 to 3 hours paid overtime, 26 working days monthly.
- Scaffolder salary package: 270 KWD base + overtime.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
- Physically fit, hardworking, and capable of heavy structural field work.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 250 - 270 KWD monthly base salary (8 hours daily, 26 days monthly) plus 2-3 hours daily overtime.
