Civil Site Supervisor Required – Kuwait
A company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Candidates with 5+ years of experience in building and construction works are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor building and general construction works.
- Supervise concrete works and ensure proper execution.
- Manage and coordinate site workers and workforce activities.
- Follow up on daily work progress and site requirements.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
- Monitor the quality of completed civil works.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant team for solutions.
- Maintain daily progress and work-related updates.
- Ensure site activities follow safety and project requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong experience in building and construction works.
- Practical knowledge of concrete works.
- Experience in site supervision and daily work follow-up.
- Ability to manage and coordinate a workforce effectively.
- Ability to understand and execute work according to drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work under site conditions.
