Hiring Civil Tendering Engineer in Kuwait
Location: Kuwait
We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Tendering Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of expertise in the Tendering and Estimation Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review tender documents (specifications, drawings, BOQs)
• Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and quantity take‑offs
• Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors; perform price analysis
• Carry out risk assessment and ensure compliance with client requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Manage tender submission and post‑submission clarifications
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in tendering and estimation
• Experience in power and infrastructure projects (UG cables, substations, buildings, oil & gas projects)
