Coffee Roaster & Dates Cook Job in Kuwait

• Minimum 2 years of experience in coffee roasting
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Specialty coffee
  • Roasting profiles
  • Coffee quality standards
• Experience operating commercial roasting machines
• Ability to monitor and maintain roast consistency and quality
• Knowledge of:
  • Coffee bean grading
  • Quality control procedures
• Basic understanding of inventory management and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Candidates currently based in Kuwait or willing to relocate immediately

• Operate and manage coffee roasting equipment
• Develop and maintain roasting profiles for consistent quality
• Monitor roasting batches and ensure product standards
• Perform quality checks on coffee beans and roasted products
• Maintain roasting records and inventory reports
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of roasting equipment

• Experience in preparing and cooking date-based products and fillings
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain product consistency
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and product quality
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ready to join immediately

• Prepare and cook date-based recipes and fillings
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed
• Assist with kitchen preparation and production tasks
• Monitor ingredient quality and storage conditions
