Hiring Company Driver in Kuwait
A leading professional facility cleaning enterprise in Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified, diligent, and competent Company Driver to join its team in Sharq, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely transport professional residential cleaning crews and specialized equipment to customer job sites across Kuwait.
- Plan and execute daily travel routes carefully, monitoring traffic flows and selecting optimal roads to avoid transit delays.
- Maintain respectful, polite, and professional conduct toward cleaning team members and residential customers.
- Load, organize, and secure cleaning equipment, industrial vacuums, and chemical supplies properly inside the vehicle.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, properly serviced, fueled, and inspected for mechanical reliability daily.
- Report any traffic incidents, vehicle mechanical maintenance needs, or schedule adjustments promptly to management.
- Adhere strictly to Kuwait traffic safety regulations, speed limits, and corporate transportation standards.
Requirements
- Valid Kuwait Light Vehicle Driving License with an exemplary traffic safety record.
- 2-4 Years of professional driving experience with thorough knowledge of Kuwait residential neighborhoods and highway systems.
- Good conversational English communication skills to interact clearly with operations dispatch and staff.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
- Strong sense of punctuality, personal responsibility, and professional integrity.
- Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
