Hiring F&B Sector Accountant in Kuwait

A leading food and beverage hospitality management corporation in Kuwait is recruiting a qualified and meticulous female Financial Accountant.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger accounts, bank entries, and daily sales reconciliations using Xero Accounting software.
• Reconcile restaurant POS branch revenue against bank deposits, payment gateway statements, and K-Net settlements.
• Manage accounts payable workflows, reviewing supplier food ingredient invoices, credit terms, and payment schedules.
• Conduct inventory food cost variance analysis, comparing theoretical usage against actual restaurant stock counts.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts for executive management.
• Ensure full statutory compliance with Kuwait corporate financial rules and internal audit standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional bookkeeping and accounting experience in the F&B or hospitality sector.
• High proficiency in Xero Accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

• Valid Kuwait transferable residency (Article 18 or 22).
