We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping customers and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and follow up when required
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Fresh graduates are welcome or minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to join immediately
- Valid Transferable Visa (Article 18)
- Candidates must be currently based in Kuwait (local hiring only)
