Entry‑level Data Entry Clerk role for a real estate/administration team. Ideal for fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting who can work accurately under supervision, meet deadlines, and support office record keeping.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily data entry and administrative tasks accurately.
Execute routine operational activities within deadlines set by management.
Support documentation and record keeping for office files.
Assist with ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all data‑related work.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (fresh graduates welcome).
Computer skills: Strong computer literacy; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Age: Not more than 30 years.
Residency: Transferable residency required (available immediately on request).
Work style: Structured, task‑oriented, able to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
Availability: Full‑time commitment.
