Hiring Delivery Driver (With Own Car) in Kuwait
A leading logistics and distribution company in Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified, diligent, and competent Delivery Driver (With Own Car) to join its team in Sharq, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect packaged merchandise, parcel orders, and customer consignments from central distribution points.
- Plan and execute daily delivery runs across designated sectors ensuring high punctuality and zero damage.
- Scan parcels, capture digital proof of delivery signatures, and update dispatch system statuses in real time.
- Reconcile cash collections and electronic payment slips accurately at the end of each operational shift.
- Maintain own vehicle in clean, reliable, and roadworthy mechanical condition.
- Communicate courteously and respectfully with end customers during drop-offs.
- Adhere strictly to Kuwait traffic safety regulations, lane discipline, and parking rules.
Requirements
- Valid Kuwait Light Driving License and an owned, reliable personal car in good operating condition.
- 1-3 Years of professional driving or parcel delivery experience across Kuwait governorates.
- Modern smartphone with reliable internet data connection for dispatch mobile software and navigation.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
- High standard of punctuality, honesty, and professional responsibility.
- Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: KWD 1.200 per hour (Approx. KWD 400–450 per month).
