Delivery Drivers (Talabat Operations) Job in Kuwait

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced delivery drivers to join our growing team supporting Talabat delivery operations in Kuwait. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking for stable work with performance-based earnings.

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering orders efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting daily and monthly performance targets.

• Payment per order: 0.800 fils
• Monthly order target: 420 orders
• Salary payment date: 10th of every month
• Company-provided car
• Maintenance covered by the company

Drivers are responsible for fuel (petrol) expenses.

• Valid Visa 18 (SME / Ahli – transferable)
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license
• Previous experience in delivery or courier services is preferred
• Good knowledge of Kuwait roads and locations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery targets
• Strong time management and customer service skills
• Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude

• Pick up orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers promptly
• Ensure accurate and safe delivery of orders
• Maintain good communication with dispatch and customers
• Follow company guidelines and Talabat standards
• Achieve and exceed monthly delivery targets
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of the company vehicle
• Report any operational or vehicle issues promptly
