Role Summary

Experienced FMCG leader to head a division, drive sales growth, manage key accounts and principals, and lead trade marketing and distribution execution across assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead division sales performance and achieve revenue and margin targets.

• Develop and execute business strategies for market expansion and category growth.

• Manage relationships with principals, retailers, and key accounts.

• Oversee trade marketing and in‑store execution to ensure brand visibility and activation.

• Drive distribution efficiency and coordinate with supply chain for product availability.

• Monitor budgets and profitability and deliver regular performance reports.

• Build and develop the sales team through coaching, KPIs, and performance management.

Requirements

• Experience: 10–15 years in FMCG; Kuwait or GCC experience preferred.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).

• Skills: Strong sales leadership, business development, trade marketing, distribution and in‑store execution.

• Account Management: Proven experience managing principals, retailers and key accounts.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop talent.

• Commercial Acumen: Track record of sales growth and market expansion.
