We Are Hiring – E-Commerce Sales Associate / Stock Keeper
A Fashion Retail Division in Kuwait is looking for a responsible and motivated E-Commerce Sales Associate / Stock Keeper to join its team in Al-Rai.
The ideal candidate should have experience in fashion retail or e-commerce, with the ability to handle online orders, assist customers, prepare shipments, and maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
Job ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Sales & Customer Service- Handle online orders and ensure they are processed accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally through available communication channels.
- Assist customers with product information, availability, and order-related questions.
- Follow up on online orders and coordinate with the delivery team when required.
- Ensure customers receive accurate and timely order updates.
- Support daily e-commerce sales activities and customer service operations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery.
- Receive incoming fashion products and organize stock properly.
- Arrange products in the warehouse or stock area for easy access.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Assist with stock counting and inventory checks.
- Ensure products are properly handled and stored.
- Keep the stock and packing areas clean and organized.
- Previous experience in fashion retail or e-commerce is preferred.
- Experience handling online orders and customer inquiries.
- Knowledge of stock keeping, inventory, receiving, and product arrangement.
- Ability to pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Transferable Article 18 visa required.
- Immediate joining preferred.
- Salary: KD 300 per month.
