A reputed company in Kuwait is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Foreman / Electrical Supervisor to join its team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising electrical works and managing site activities efficiently.

Electrical Foreman / Electrical Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation and maintenance activities
• Monitor electrical works to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Lead and manage electricians and site workers effectively
• Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
• Monitor project progress and report site activities
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and regulations

 Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or Electrical Supervisor

 Good knowledge of:

• Electrical installations
• Electrical maintenance works
• Site supervision
• Safety procedures and standards

 Strong leadership and team management skills

 Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and plans

 Good communication and problem-solving abilities

 Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment

 Experience in commercial, industrial, or construction projects

 Knowledge of electrical testing and troubleshooting

 Experience coordinating with multiple project stakeholders
