Electrical Foreman Job in Kuwait

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise and leadership skills in electrical works and site supervision.

The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for supervising electrical works on-site, coordinating with teams, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project requirements.

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Good leadership and team supervision skills
• Strong attention to safety standards and procedures
• Transferable residency (Visa 18)

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance work
• Lead and manage site electricians and technicians
• Ensure work is completed as per project specifications and timelines
• Monitor adherence to health, safety, and quality standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings and assign tasks accordingly
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers
• Inspect completed work and resolve any technical issues
