Urgent Hiring – Electrical Foreman Required in Kuwait
A company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and responsible Electrical Foreman to supervise electricians and electrical crews and ensure that site work is completed safely, accurately, and according to project requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on electrical experience, leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a good understanding of electrical regulations and HSE requirements in Kuwait.
Job ResponsibilitiesTeam Supervision- Direct and supervise the daily activities of electricians, apprentices, and electrical crews.
- Assign daily tasks according to project requirements and workforce availability.
- Monitor team performance and ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Provide technical guidance and support to electricians when required.
- Plan daily electrical activities and organize workflow efficiently.
- Schedule work and track project progress.
- Coordinate with site teams and other departments to avoid delays.
- Ensure required tools, equipment, and materials are available for ongoing work.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Ensure electrical installations are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical and technical problems on site.
- Guide electricians on proper wiring and installation methods.
- Enforce HSE requirements, electrical regulations, and site safety procedures.
- Ensure electricians follow safe working practices.
- Inspect completed electrical work for quality and accuracy.
- Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions when required.
- Ensure electrical work complies with applicable regulations and project standards.
- Monitor electrical tools, equipment, and material requirements.
- Order or request necessary tools and electrical materials.
- Track inventory and manage material supplies.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure resources are used efficiently.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Trade school education or recognized electrical certification is preferred.
- 5–7 years of hands-on electrical experience in Kuwait.
- 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory electrical role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring methods and circuit testing.
- Good understanding of local electrical codes and regulations.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to supervise electricians and manage daily site activities.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
