Hiring Electrical Project Manager in Kuwait
Rakan Engineering in Ahmadi, Kuwait, is recruiting an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead medium and high voltage MEP projects.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of large-scale electrical substations, distribution networks, and industrial power systems.
- Direct engineering teams, coordinate with main contractors, MEW authorities, and client representatives.
- Ensure project profitability, oversee budget expenditures, and manage technical procurement submittals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; PMP certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of electrical contracting experience in Kuwait.
- In-depth knowledge of MEW Kuwait specifications and safety guidelines.
- Transferable Kuwait residency.
