Job Vacancy: Electrical Supervisor Required

A leading company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and testing activities on major projects. Candidates with previous KNPC and KOC project experience will be given preference.

• Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, commissioning, and testing activities.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and support project execution.

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 15–20 years of relevant experience as an Electrical Supervisor.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
• Previous experience in KNPC and KOC projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation, maintenance, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
