Hiring Engineering Contracting Junior Accountant in Kuwait
Royal Engineering & Contracting, an established MEP and construction enterprise in Kuwait City, is recruiting a diligent Junior Accountant to oversee project invoicing and financial documentation.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Record daily financial entries, supplier invoices, and project expense vouchers.
- Manage project inventory documentation, purchase orders (PO), and material delivery notes.
- Assist project managers with handover financial documentation and client billing schedules.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and verify ledger accounts with vendor statements.
- Support senior finance executives during internal audits and annual financial closures.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 2 to 3 years relevant commercial or engineering contracting accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel data entry, and invoice tracking.
- High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail under deadline pressure.
- Transferable residency in Kuwait.
