Role Overview

A reputable organization across Telecom Infrastructure, Data Center, Power & Energy, ICT, Network & Security, and ELV is hiring an Enterprise Manager to lead the Enterprise Division. The role focuses on growing SME accounts, winning tender business, and positioning the company as a strategic partner for enterprise and government clients in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth and Market Expansion: Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow enterprise customers with a target mix of 70% SME / 30% tenders.

  • Enterprise Sales and Client Engagement: Build executive‑level relationships, lead solution presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.

  • Tendering and Strategic Projects: Lead participation in government and large enterprise tenders (KPC, KOC, MEW, MOI), coordinate technical and commercial submissions.

  • Pipeline and Revenue Management: Own full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and maintain accurate CRM reporting.

  • Partnerships and Vendor Engagement: Manage relationships with global vendors and distributors to strengthen solution offerings.

  • Internal Coordination: Align pre‑sales, technical, finance, and operations for successful delivery and pricing strategy.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or account management.

  • Domain: Strong background in ICT, telecom, data centers, or energy solutions.

  • Tender Experience: Proven track record managing SME accounts and tender‑based projects.

  • Vendor Exposure: Hands‑on experience with global vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, VMware, Palo Alto or similar.

  • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of Kuwait market and government tendering processes.

  • Network: Established contacts within enterprise and government sectors highly preferred.

Skills and Competencies
  • Executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Commercial focus on revenue, margin, and profitability.

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder deals.

  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability.
