Hiring Bilingual Executive Secretary in Kuwait

A prominent multi-division commercial enterprise situated in Salmiya, Kuwait is hiring an articulate, organized Executive Secretary.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide executive secretarial assistance to senior management, coordinating diaries, travel, and appointments.
• Draft formal business correspondence, official memorandums, and corporate emails in both Arabic and English.
• Organize executive meetings, prepare board agendas, and transcribe comprehensive minutes of meeting (MOM).
• Screen incoming executive telephone calls, manage visitor appointments, and handle inquiries with discretion.
• Maintain confidential electronic archives, commercial contracts, and official corporate licensing documents.
• Liaise between company department heads to ensure timely execution of executive directives.

Requirements

• Female Arab national with excellent written and verbal English fluency.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Office Administrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid Kuwait transferable residency (Article 18 or 22).
• Professional grooming, exceptional etiquette, and strong organizational skills.
