A leading Lubricants Company is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive international business growth and manage overseas distributor networks for automotive and industrial lubricants.

• Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve international growth targets
• Expand and manage overseas distributor and dealer networks
• Identify new business opportunities across international markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key customers
• Manage export sales performance and market development activities
• Coordinate international trade operations and export logistics
• Handle commercial negotiations and distributor agreements
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and procedures
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Support business expansion initiatives in existing and new export markets

 Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field

5–7 years of export sales experience in:

• Lubricants
• Petrochemicals
• Automotive Downstream Industries

 Proven experience developing international markets

 Strong distributor network development and management skills

 Excellent knowledge of:

• Incoterms
• Letters of Credit (LC)
• Export Logistics
• International Trade Compliance

 Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial management skills

 International market experience is essential
