Hiring Fabricators, Fitters & Industrial Helpers in Kuwait
An established engineering and industrial manpower consultancy in Farwaniya, Kuwait, is mobilizing experienced fabricators, pipe/structural fitters, and general helpers for ongoing industrial contracts.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform structural and pipe fitting, cutting, grinding, and fabrication according to fabrication drawings.
- Assist lead fabricators in material layout, fit-up alignment, tack welding, and joint preparation.
- Support general workshop tasks including material handling, scaffolding assistance, and equipment setup.
- Clean and prepare fabricated surfaces for sandblasting, priming, and painting.
- Uphold stringent industrial safety standards and wear all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in structural steel fabrication, industrial workshops, or plant maintenance.
- Ability to read fabrication sketches and work effectively with workshop power tools.
- Valid transferable Kuwait residence visa (Article 18); located in Kuwait.
- Ready for immediate trade testing and project mobilization.
