Position: Field Sales Executive
Location: Kuwait

Salary: 300–350 KWD + incentives

Dynamic, target‑driven Field Sales Executive needed to develop new business and manage client relationships within Kuwait’s Oil & Gas sector. The role requires regular field visits to rigs and industrial sites, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to convert opportunities into contracts.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector.

• Build and maintain relationships with oil rig companies, drilling contractors, EPCs, and service providers.

• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, procurement) to ensure timely project execution.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth plans.

• Conduct regular site visits across Kuwait and maintain accurate CRM records.

• Represent the company at client meetings, site inspections, and industry events.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

• Experience: 1–5 years in business development or field sales within Kuwait’s Oil & Gas industry.

• Market knowledge: Familiarity with oil rig operations and service companies.

• License: Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, proposal writing, and ability to work independently.

• Preferred: Existing client network in Kuwait Oil & Gas; experience dealing with KOC, KNPC, EPC contractors, or drilling companies.

• Updated CV with relevant Oil & Gas experience and client list if available.

• Copies of degree and driving license.

• Passport and residency/visa copy if applicable.

• Brief cover note summarizing key achievements and availability.
