Finance Manager Job in Kuwait

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join a leading company in the B2B travel and hotel booking sector in Kuwait. This is a senior leadership role offering excellent growth opportunities within a dynamic and fast-growing organization.

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance, support strategic decision-making, and drive financial performance across the organization.

• Oversee and manage financial and accounting operations
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with standards
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure optimal financial health
• Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Supervise:
  • Accounts payable & receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Day-to-day accounting activities
• Provide financial analysis and insights for strategic decision-making
• Manage internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with:
  • Tax regulations
  • Local laws
  • Financial standards
• Analyze KPIs and provide recommendations to improve profitability and growth

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification preferred:
  • CPA / CMA / ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Experience in:
  • Travel & tourism
  • Hospitality
  • E-commerce or tech services (preferred)
• Strong expertise in:
  • Budgeting
  • Financial planning
  • Cash flow management
• Proficiency in:
  • ERP systems
  • Advanced financial software
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written & spoken)
