Hiring Footwear Retail Sales Associate in Kuwait
A premier footwear and leather fashion retail brand with stores in Salmiya, Fahaheel, and Egaila, Kuwait is hiring talented Sales Associates.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet store shoppers courteously, determine sizing requirements, and recommend comfortable, stylish footwear.
- Present leather shoes, athletic sneakers, casual sandals, and footwear care accessories enthusiastically.
- Retrieve correct shoe sizes from stockrooms swiftly, ensuring organized, damage-free box handling.
- Operate computerized barcode POS billing registers, issue receipts, and process electronic payments.
- Maintain immaculate shoe display shelves, arrange seasonal window displays, and check price labels.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through persuasive and polite customer engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience specifically in footwear, fashion apparel, or sports retail.
- Good command of spoken Arabic is required to interact with local shoppers.
- Age limit below 35 years old; local hiring only (inside Kuwait candidates).
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18 Ahli).
- Energetic, presentable, and driven by sales performance.
