GPS Hardware Technician Needed in Kuwait

Location: Kuwait
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented GPS Hardware Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, installing, and troubleshooting GPS tracking devices used in vehicle tracking and fleet management systems.

• Install, configure, and maintain GPS tracking devices
• Diagnose and repair faulty GPS hardware and connections
• Perform troubleshooting for tracking, communication, and power-related issues
• Test devices and ensure proper functionality before deployment
• Carry out maintenance and replacement of defective components
• Support fleet tracking and vehicle monitoring systems
• Maintain service records and technical documentation
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to resolve issues promptly

 Hands-on experience with GPS tracking devices, including:

• Coban
• BCE
• Teltonika
• Reptula

 Experience in:

• GPS installation
• Device maintenance
• Hardware repair
• Vehicle electrical systems
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics

 Ability to identify and resolve device communication and connectivity issues

 Knowledge of vehicle wiring and electronic systems

 Experience with fleet management and vehicle tracking systems

 Basic networking and telecommunications knowledge

 Strong technical troubleshooting skills

 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

 Good communication and teamwork abilities

 Relevant technical experience in GPS hardware installation and repair

 Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills

 Attention to detail and quality workmanship

 Currently residing in Kuwait is preferred
