• Payroll Assistant — 2–3 years in payroll or similar role

• Mechanical Site Engineer — 6–8 years in site mechanical engineering

• Plumbing & Firefighting Engineer — 8–10 years in plumbing and firefighting systems

• HVAC Commissioning Supervisor — 5–7 years in HVAC commissioning

• BMS Supervisor — 4–6 years in Building Management Systems supervision

• BMS Operator — 4–6 years operating BMS platforms

• BMS Technician — 4–5 years servicing BMS equipment

• Chiller Operator — 4–5 years operating and maintaining chillers

• Residency: Must be currently available in Kuwait.

• Availability: Preference for candidates who can join immediately.

• Experience: Relevant, verifiable experience as listed per role.

• Professionalism: Strong communication, teamwork, and site discipline.

• Certifications: Relevant trade or engineering certifications where applicable (bring copies to interview).
