Position: Head Chef – Central Kitchen

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our Central Kitchen operations across multiple locations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, creativity in menu development, and a commitment to delivering exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction.
✅ Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee kitchen operations across multiple outlets
Develop menus, recipes, and food costing sheets
Research, create, and test innovative seasonal dishes
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timely delivery
Train, mentor, and develop kitchen teams
Implement and maintain food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
Develop and monitor kitchen policies and procedures
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors
Maintain accurate records and reports
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high‑performance kitchen culture
Minimum 6 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality chains
Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field
Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
Creative, hands‑on, and passionate about food
Ability to manage multiple kitchens and teams simultaneously
Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
