Hiring Heavy Equipment Operator & Dump Truck Driver in Kuwait
Brunel, a global leader in project staffing and engineering recruitment, is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators and Dump Truck Drivers for major civil construction and road infrastructure projects in Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate motor graders, wheel loaders, excavators, vibratory rollers, or heavy dump trucks on earthwork job sites.
- Execute ground leveling, trench digging, backfilling, material hauling, and sub-base compaction accurately.
- Perform daily pre-start mechanical checks including hydraulic oil levels, track tension, and braking systems.
- Adhere strictly to project HSE rules, banksman spotter signals, and site speed limits.
- Ensure safe dump truck tipping procedures and prevent overloading or structural tipping hazards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience operating heavy earthmoving machinery on major infrastructure or road projects.
- Valid Kuwait Heavy Driver License or specific equipment operator authorization.
- Good knowledge of equipment mechanics and site safety practices.
- Currently available in Kuwait with transferable visa status.
