Location & Availability
- Must be located in Kuwait, preferably Salmiya or nearby.
- Immediate joiners preferred or candidates with ≤1 month notice.
- Transferable Article 18 visa mandatory.
Computer Technician / Gaming Operator — Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair PC hardware and peripherals.
- Install, update, and maintain gaming software and platform patches.
- Troubleshoot network issues affecting latency, packet loss, and file sharing.
- Provide on‑floor technical support to guests and resolve user issues quickly.
- Maintain system performance, backups, and security.
- Assist with setup and maintenance of gaming peripherals and accessories.
- Prepare and maintain simple technical logs and inventory.
Required Skills
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, latency, packet loss).
- Familiarity with gaming platforms and updates.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Passion for gaming is a plus.
- Preferred: transferable Article 18 visa; own transport is an advantage.
Receptionist — Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Greet and assist guests; manage bookings and walk‑ins.
- Handle front‑desk operations and basic cash handling.
- Maintain professional, friendly communication.
- Female candidates only; immediate or short notice availability preferred.
Waitress — Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Serve guests courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow service standards.
- Female candidates preferred; immediate or short notice availability preferred.
