Role Summary
A local employer is seeking a Delivery Driver with own car for full‑time delivery duties. The role requires reliable driving, good communication with customers, and the ability to work long shifts.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform deliveries on assigned routes and ensure timely, safe drop‑offs.
• Handle goods carefully and secure items during transit.
• Collect signatures and proof of delivery and update delivery records.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers in English, Arabic, and Hindi.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance; report any issues promptly.
• Follow company procedures for cash/collection handling if applicable.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a delivery driver.
• Shift: 12‑hour duty schedule.
• Vehicle: Own petrol car registered to the driver (ikama/registration in driver’s name).
• Languages: Able to communicate in English, Arabic, and Hindi.
• Attributes: Punctual, customer‑focused, physically fit, and familiar with local routes.
• Documentation: Valid driving license and residency/visa as required by employer.
