Key Responsibilities
- Develop and achieve sales targets for HVAC equipment and services.
- Prepare technical proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements and company margins.
- Coordinate project activities including site surveys, installation scheduling, and handover.
- Design and size HVAC systems for residential and commercial projects using AutoCAD and HVAC design principles.
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and after‑sales service.
- Build and maintain customer relationships; manage client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Track market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HVAC sales or engineering within the Kuwait market.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC units; proficient in AutoCAD and HVAC system design.
- Commercial skills: Proven ability to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and customer‑relationship management.
- Driving: Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.
- Availability: Immediate or short notice joiners preferred.
