Role Summary
A reputable contractor for KOC projects is urgently hiring a Safety Officer for immediate deployment. The role requires a KOC‑eligible safety professional with strong field experience in oil & gas or EPC environments.
Mandatory Requirements
• KOC safety officer eligibility (must meet KOC criteria).
• Minimum 7 years relevant safety experience.
• Immediate joining availability.
• Salary expectation must be stated by the applicant.
• Valid work visa / Civil ID or locally available in Kuwait preferred.
• Strong command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and enforce site HSE policies, procedures, and KOC standards.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
• Issue and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) compliance where applicable.
• Investigate incidents, prepare incident reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site management, contractors, and KOC HSE representatives.
• Maintain safety records, training logs, and prepare regular HSE reports.
