Role Overview
A reputed Travel & Tourism company in Fahaheel is urgently hiring an efficient Travel Consultant with strong expertise in ticketing and reservation systems.

Requirements
- Prior experience in Kuwait within travel & tourism.
- Proficiency in Galileo system (Issue, Reissue & Refund).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle bookings, cancellations, and client queries efficiently.
- Must be currently based in Kuwait for local hiring.

Responsibilities
- Manage travel bookings and reservations.
- Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds using Galileo.
- Provide travel advice and solutions to clients.
- Ensure smooth customer experience and satisfaction.
