CAP Consultant Co. is seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Leader to join its team in Kuwait on a full-time basis.

This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with expertise in policy development, organizational structuring, compensation analysis, and HR consulting services.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Policies & Procedures

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain HR policy manuals in line with organizational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.

Employment Documentation

• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation packs.
• Review and update employee-related documents and procedures.
• Support HR compliance and documentation management.

Organizational Development

• Design and develop organizational structures.
• Create and update job descriptions and role profiles.
• Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market compensation studies.
• Analyze pay structures and recommend competitive compensation strategies.
• Support management with compensation planning and workforce analysis.

HR Advisory Services

• Provide HR advisory and consultancy support to clients and stakeholders.
• Recommend HR solutions and best practices.
• Assist with employee relations, performance management, and HR process improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Proven experience in:

  • Organizational Structures
  • Job Description Development
  • Salary Benchmarking
  • HR Advisory Services

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and workforce management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

• Must currently reside in Kuwait.
