HR Officer Job in Kuwait (Immediate Joiner)

Location:

Kuwait (Shuaiba / Ahmadi Area)

Eligibility:
  • Local candidates only (Visa 18 – Transferable)
  • Available for immediate joining
  • Willing to commute to Shuaiba / Ahmadi
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage onboarding, probation confirmation, and offboarding processes in line with company policies
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and organizational charts
  • Support employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies
  • Prepare HR documents including:
    • Letters
    • Reports
    • Contracts and employment documentation
    • Disciplinary actions
  • Administer HR transactions such as:
    • Leave management
    • Transfers and promotions
    • Salary adjustments
  • Prepare monthly HR reports, workforce data, and Kuwaitization reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and government authorities
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events
  • Support HR audits and ensure accurate documentation and compliance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Recruitment processes
    • Employee relations
    • Performance management
    • HR policies and best practices
  • Familiarity with Kuwait Labor Law and compliance requirements (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing, or service sectors
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Menaitech preferred)
