HR / Payroll Assistant Job in Kuwait


A reputed company in Kuwait is currently seeking an experienced HR / Payroll Assistant to join its team immediately.

Requirements
  • Preferred nationality: Indian or Egyptian
  • Transferable Visa 18 (Ahli)
  • Proven experience in:
    • HR Administration
    • Payroll Processing
  • Good knowledge of:
    • Kuwait Labor Law
    • HR policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
  • Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and company policies
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate data
  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related activities
