A leading education group in Kuwait is expanding its Facilities and HSE team and is looking for experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented professionals.
These positions are suitable for candidates who can work in a fast-paced environment and have strong coordination, safety, compliance, and communication skills.
1. HSE OfficerRequirements- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Recognized HSE certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar HSE position.
- Strong knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Good understanding of risk assessment and workplace safety compliance.
- Ability to monitor and maintain safety procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using technology and digital tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to workplace safety.
- Monitor workplace health and safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards.
- Support compliance with HSE policies and regulations.
- Assist in implementing safety procedures across facilities.
- Report and follow up on safety issues and corrective actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture among employees.
- Maintain relevant HSE records and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant facilities coordination experience.
- Background in the hospitality sector is preferred.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Experience with vendor management and service providers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital systems.
- Ability to coordinate multiple facilities-related activities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities activities.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers.
- Follow up on maintenance and facility-related requirements.
- Support smooth operation of education facilities.
- Maintain records, schedules, and service documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding facilities needs.
- Monitor vendor services and follow up on outstanding issues.
